Martin Stayer is a Houston-based chef and owner associated with Nobie’s and The Toasted Coconut in Montrose, where he and Sara Stayer launched their second concept in 2019. He is the owner and executive chef, and multiple reports place him in Houston after earlier work in Chicago kitchens including Michelin-starred restaurants.
