Mary Bridges is the Head Winemaker at Gusbourne in Kent, England, where she oversees the winery’s technical winemaking, laboratory management, and winemaking research and development. She began her career in hospitality, later shifted into wine through study at Plumpton College, and joined Gusbourne in 2018, progressing from harvest work to Oenologist and then Head Winemaker in September 2023. She has worked vintages in southern France and California and has been featured by Gusbourne as part of its winemaking team.
