i. Biography
Masayoshi Hanada is a Japanese sushi chef who founded Sushi B in Paris in 2015 and later opened Hanada at 15 quai Voltaire in the 7th arrondissement. Michelin’s guide identifies him as the chef at Hanada and notes that he previously worked at Sushi B, where he built an omakase menu around exceptional fish and precise preparation. Coverage of Sushi B describes him as a chef from Fukuoka serving Edomae-style sushi in Paris.
