Massimo Zitti

Massimo Zitti is a Rome-born bartender and the founder and co-owner of Mother Cocktail Bar in Toronto. He began hospitality work as a junior barista at fourteen and built experience across seven countries before opening Mother in 2019 around fermentation, sustainability and attentive service. Zitti won Diageo World Class Canada in 2022 and finished fifth in the global competition that year.
