Mathieu Roland-Billecart

Mathieu Roland-Billecart is the 7th-generation CEO of the family-owned Champagne house Billecart-Salmon, founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, France. After 13-15 years working in finance and mergers & acquisitions in London, he returned to the family business, first managing the holding company in 2013 and then becoming president and CEO around 2018-2019. He oversees an estate of 100 hectares, emphasizes organic and biodynamic viticulture, and leads sustainability and philanthropy efforts at the house.
