Matías Salvia is the Executive Chef at Faustino Gran in Ciutadella de Menorca, where he leads Restaurante Faustino’s cuisine with a focus on local, plant-based, and Menorcan terroir-driven cooking. He is the chef behind the restaurant’s culinary concept, working closely with local farmers and fishermen and using produce from the hotel’s ecological garden.
