Matt Guo is the head bartender at TIAO, the hotel’s contemporary cocktail bar in Beijing’s hutong district. An additional profile in Tasting Kitchen says he has worked in the UK and for several international luxury hotel brands, and that he was recognized through the 2024 World Class competition, where he reached the UK top 50.
