Matt Tiscornia

Matthew Tiscornia is Executive Chef of The Pier Sixty Collection, the Chelsea Piers event venues Pier Sixty, The Lighthouse and Current. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, he began as a banquet tournant at the Regent Wall Street, then spent 11 years on the opening team of the Mandarin Oriental New York, rising to head banquet chef, before three years as executive sous chef of Abigail Kirsch Caterers. He later ran the culinary operation at Gotham Hall and Ziegfeld Ballroom.
