Matt Weinstein

Matt Weinstein is the Culinary Director of Lodging for The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, based in Highlands, North Carolina, where he oversees culinary programs across the company’s lodging portfolio. He previously served as Executive Chef of Oak Steakhouse at Skyline Lodge in Highlands and before that led Oak Steakhouse Atlanta, with earlier work at several Atlanta kitchens including Biltong Bar, Woodfire Grill, TWO Urban Licks, Bully Boy, and ONE Midtown Kitchen. His route into the industry began in Virginia as a dishwasher and busser before he moved onto the line, and he later graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.
