i. Biography
Matteo Cadeddu is the bar manager and head mixologist at Opium Bar in Bangkok’s Chinatown, located on the 4th and 5th floors of the POTONG building. He is originally from Italy, with a hospitality and mixology career that developed in Amsterdam, Australia, Singapore, and Mumbai before he became a key member of Opium Bar. He is the Italian bartender leading Opium’s cocktail program.
