Matteo Ferrantino is an Italian chef who led bianc in Hamburg’s HafenCity, where he brought a Mediterranean fine-dining style to the restaurant. Sources indicate he opened or began shaping bianc in 2017 and that the restaurant earned two Michelin stars during his tenure. He is also associated with a book project and has been profiled for work previously done with notable chefs including Eckart Witzigmann and Dieter Koschina.
