Matteo Re Depaolini is the Chef de Cuisine of Mio at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, where he was appointed in April 2024 to lead the Italian restaurant’s kitchen. Four Seasons described him as bringing more than ten years of global luxury-hospitality experience and as joining the hotel after six collaborations with Four Seasons, while China Daily later reported that he began his chef career at age 15 and had 20 years of experience.
