Matteo Temperini is the Executive Chef at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany, where he has overseen the resort’s dining since joining in 2019. Under his leadership, Campo del Drago earned its first Michelin star in 2022 and a second Michelin star in the MICHELIN Guide Italy 2025. He is described by Rosewood as a Tuscan chef whose cooking is grounded in the relationship between food, land, and community, with a focus on produce from the estate’s organic garden.
