i. Biography
Matthew Conway is an American sommelier, restaurateur, and the owner and operator of The Tippling House in Charleston, South Carolina. He previously spent nearly two decades in New York City fine dining, serving as a sommelier at Gray Kunz's Café Gray and as partner and beverage director at Restaurant Marc Forgione. Recognized as a StarChefs Rising Star Sommelier and Zagat 30 Under 30 honoree, he is also a partner in the Northern Rhône wine celebration La Tablée.
