i. Biography
Matthew Gallagher is Vice President, Corporate Executive Chef at Yard House, where he leads culinary research, development, and ongoing menu evolution for the brand’s restaurants. Darden says he joined in 2010 as Executive Chef for The Capital Grille, later served as Director of Culinary Deployment and Operations, and most recently led the culinary programs for Seasons 52 and Bahama Breeze before moving to Yard House. He has also worked in locally inspired independent restaurants in New England and staged in Michelin- and AA-rated hotels and restaurants in England and Germany.
