Matthieu Mangenot joined Albert Bichot in 2007 after gaining experience in South Africa, Lebanon, Bordeaux, and the Mâconnais–Beaujolais region. His training in agronomy and oenology gives him a vineyard-to-bottling perspective on Burgundian winemaking.
