Mattia Rancati is an Italian chef who worked at Eleven Madison Park in New York and later at Fäviken in Sweden; a 2020 profile said he was born in Carnago, Varese, graduated from catering school Falcone in Gallarate in 2010, and had earlier stages at Geranium in Copenhagen and Central in Lima.
