Michaël Arnoult is the chef-owner of Les Morainières in Jongieux, Savoie, which he runs with his wife Ingrid. He opened the restaurant in 2005 after serving as second to Emmanuel Renaut at Flocons de Sel in Megève, and the restaurant earned its first Michelin star, its second, and its third. He is the chef of Les Morainières, a restaurant in the heart of the Savoie vineyards.
