Michael Caines

Michael Caines MBE is the chef-patron and founder of Lympstone Manor in East Devon, where he opened a luxury country house hotel and Michelin-starred restaurant in 2017. The Lympstone Manor project is described by the property and his own site as his flagship and the realization of a long-held vision for contemporary country-house hospitality, with a vineyard and a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant. He was previously known for holding two Michelin stars for 18 consecutive years, a distinction highlighted on the Lympstone Manor site.
