Michael Minnillo is the General Manager of The French Laundry in Yountville, California, where Thomas Keller Restaurant Group lists him on the restaurant team page. Thomas Keller’s site says Minnillo has been part of The French Laundry team since 1998, starting as a culinary apprentice before moving into kitchen and dining room roles, and returning in 2012 as general manager after time at Per Se in New York. Wine Spectator also lists him as General Manager at The French Laundry, confirming his current affiliation with the restaurant.
