Michal Horváth

Michal Horváth is the Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental, Prague, where he has led the hotel’s Monastiq restaurant since May 2022 after four years as Executive Sous Chef. He is a key figure behind Monastiq’s Czech-inspired menu, which blends historical research with modern technique, and he has been connected with Mandarin Oriental, Prague since 2018. Earlier in his career, he worked at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Grandhotel Pupp, and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, and trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in Scotland and Sweden.
