Ana Aguilar is the founding and managing partner of Tantísimo, a Latin American café and restaurant in Sylvan Park, Nashville. she began cooking is a teen in her church’s kitchen in Southern California, then developed Tantísimo from pandemic-era pastry sales into a full restaurant concept rooted in family recipes and Latin American dishes.
