i. Biography
Joshua Cook is the partner and co-executive chef of Tantísimo, a farm-to-table pan-Latin restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee. A Nashville native, he developed his culinary foundation at Husk Nashville, progressing from an unpaid stage to executive sous chef between 2017 and 2020. Alongside partner Ana Aguilar, he operated culinary projects including El León Dorado, Mala Vida, and the kitchen residency at Henry James before opening Tantísimo in 2025.
