i. Biography
Éric Briffard has been Executive Chef, Culinary Arts Director, and Head of Le Cordon Bleu Paris since 2016, and he became Head of the Institute in 2018. He is an MOF () and is featured by the school as leading its culinary team in Paris. Prior to joining Le Cordon Bleu, reporting and secondary sources place him at prestigious Paris kitchens including Le Cinq, and note earlier work at Plaza Athénée and in Tokyo.
