Daniele Lippi

Daniele Lippi is the Executive Chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Acquolina at The First Roma Arte hotel in Rome, Italy. Born in Rome, he developed his culinary foundation over a nine-year tenure at Il Convivio Troiani before staging at world-three-Michelin-starred restaurants including Pavillon Ledoyen, Piazza Duomo, Alinea, and Lasarte. Appointed Head Chef of Acquolina in 2019, Lippi maintained the restaurant's Michelin star and earned a second Michelin star for his technique-driven contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.
