i. Biography
Hervé Guttin has been Chef des cuisines at Château d’Artigny in Montbazon, Indre-et-Loire since September 2017. He is the head chef of L’Origan and says his cooking blends French culinary fundamentals, local produce, and curiosity for world cuisine. A regional tourism profile adds that he has been a resident of Touraine since childhood and took over the Château d’Artigny kitchens in 2017.
