Michele Brogioni is an Italian chef based in New York City who became Executive Chef of The Leopard at des Artistes in 2015 after working across Europe and Asia, and later ran Armani Ristorante in New York. In summer 2025, he joined Manhatta as Executive Chef, where the restaurant describes his menu as contemporary American cooking rooted in exceptional ingredients and global influences. He has also served as Global Culinary Director for Core: Club New York during its 2023 relocation and international expansion preparations.
