Mickaël Sire

Mickaël Sire is a vigneron at Domaine des Schistes in Estagel, in the Roussillon/Agly Valley of southern France, where he joined the family estate in 2004 and now runs the domaine with his parents Jacques and Nadine Sire. He is the current steward of the estate, and the family farms the domaine organically, with a focus on parcel-by-parcel vinification and the region’s traditional rancio sec and fortified wine styles.
