Milan Brajkovich is the vineyard director at Kumeu River Wines in Kumeu, Auckland, where he manages vineyard operations and the technology behind the estate’s viticulture. He is providing the technology at Kumeu River while also working the land through hand harvesting, lyre trellising, and canopy netting, and says he manages 40 hectares of vines including contract fruit from regional growers. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
