Where They Are Now

That role continues. The food at Three Uncles stays direct: traditional siu mei cut to order, with the line shaped by Mo Kwok’s memory of Hong Kong roast-meat cafes near Wan Chai market.

Signature

Mo's signature dishes include Cantonese Roast Duck, Crispy Pork Belly (Siu Yuk), Char Siu Pork, and char siu bao.
