Monique ten Kortenaar is the Master Distiller at Wynand Fockink in Amsterdam and also serves as Head Distiller and Distillery Manager at Lucas Bols in Amsterdam. She previously worked at Lucas Bols as a Quality Manager before moving into distilling, and industry profiles note that she has developed genever, gin, liqueurs, and other spirits while also creating her own spirit brand, OTENBA.
