Eric Jett is the head distiller at Distillery 291 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he has worked on the distillery’s bourbon and rye programs and helped create new mash bills for releases such as 291 E Colorado Whiskey. He is head distiller and link him directly to the Colorado Springs operation.
