Motoyoshi Yamaga is a Japanese master brewer (toji) associated with Asahi Shuzo Co. Ltd. the maker of Kubota sake. Motoyoshi Yamaga of Asahi Shuzo, and a sake education profile says he joined Asahi Shuzo in 1985, became a full-time employee in 1991, and was appointed toji in 2012.
