Nancy Cushman is the co-founder and co-creator of Cushman Concepts Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind Boston’s Hojoko, o ya, Bianca, and multiple fast-casual concepts. She is publicly described as an advanced sake professional and, with Tim Cushman, helped bring Hojoko to the Verb Hotel in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood and o ya to Boston’s Leather District.
