Naohiko Noguchi

Naohiko Noguchi is a Japanese sake brewer associated with the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, where he is identified as the toji (master brewer) of the company that bears his name. He is a legendary brewer who has made sake since 1949 and is often called the “God of Sake Brewing,” with profiles noting he became a master toji at age 28 and has attempted retirement multiple times.
