i. Biography
Naoki Iimori is the third-generation brewery owner and master brewer (toji) of Fukuchiyo Shuzo, the Kagoshima?, no, Saga Prefecture sake brewery behind the Nabeshima brand in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture. Naoki Iimori is the chief brewer of the brewery and note that he returned to the family business in 1987 before building Nabeshima into an internationally recognized sake label.
