Neil Bentinck is the chef-owner of Skosh in York, which he opened in 2016 on Micklegate in a newly refurbished Grade II listed building. He is also listed as an active director of Skosh (York) Limited, with the occupation “Chef,” and his company filings show he was appointed in February 2014. Public profiles describe his cooking at Skosh as refined small plates with pan-Asian influences, and Skosh has been noted by the MICHELIN Guide as a Bib Gourmand restaurant.
