Nelson Müller is a German chef, restaurateur, and TV personality who has operated the Essen restaurant Schote since September 2009 and the bistro Müllers auf der Rü since 2014. He is also associated with the relaunch of the Diepeschrather Mühle in Bergisch Gladbach, where the site now presents hotel, restaurant, and brasserie concepts under his name, and with Müllers auf Norderney, described as the third "Müllers" location.
