Nick Bishop Jr. is a Nashville restaurateur and co-founder of Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, a Nashville-based hot chicken chain launched in 2012 with his father, Nick Bishop Sr. Hattie B’s official history says Bishop Jr. moved from the music business into the family restaurant operation and helped develop the hot chicken concept that became the chain’s signature.
