Niclas Jönsson is a Swedish chef associated with Aloë in Älvsjö, Stockholm, where he has been identified as one of the chefs and owners behind the restaurant. He later co-led Villa Dagmar in Stockholm with Daniel Höglander, where the hotel described their collaboration as shaping the restaurant’s culinary DNA and noted that he had been working with the team for seven years.
