Nicole Yarovinsky is a Chicago-based beverage director and bar manager recognized for her sustainable, fermentation-driven, and low-waste cocktail programs. She serves as Beverage Director at Daisies and Bar Director at sibling bar The Radicle. She was named a StarChefs Chicago Rising Star Bartender, and her program at Daisies earned a nomination at the 2026 Jean Banchet Awards.
