Nikhil Abuvala was chef-owner of Roux 30A in Grayton Beach. In 2019, he was owner and head chef of Nanbu Noodle Bar in Santa Rosa Beach; in 2023, co-owner of The Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant in Seaside. His path began early: “I began working in restaurants when I was 13 and never stopped.”
