Niko Idham Kholid is a Jakarta-based bartender and co-founder of Between The Sips, where he is working behind the bar and shaping the venue’s cocktail storytelling approach. A 2025 profile says he was in his fifteenth year as a professional bartender and that opening Between The Sips was his defining milestone. He also appears to have represented Between The Sips in a 2024 guest shift in Bangkok, indicating an active public-facing role connected to the bar.
