Olivier Couvin

Olivier Couvin is a French chef at the Paul Bocuse restaurant, L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges, in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or near Lyon, where he has worked since 2001 and is part of the kitchen leadership team. He won the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2015 and has been publicly identified by the Bocuse organization as one of the chefs leading the brigade at the historic restaurant. Gault&Millau also lists him as chef at Paul Bocuse and notes a 2022 Gault&Millau d’Or award associated with the restaurant’s leadership team.
