Josep Oriol Piñol is the head oenologist and winemaker at U MES U (formerly 1+1=3), the Penedès winery in Font-rubí, Spain. He is part of the family-led project behind U MES U, where he leads technical winemaking and produces cavas and wines with a focus on terroir-driven, organic-style expression.
