Pablo González

Pablo González Conejero is the chef and owner of Cabaña Buenavista in El Palmar, Murcia, Spain, the only restaurant in the region with two Michelin stars (2017–2024) and three Repsol Suns, where he champions innovative Murcian cuisine rooted in local ingredients and traditions. Born in Murcia with an innate for gastronomy, he trained at top European culinary schools and worked under mentors like Javier Morales at Flanigan in Palma de Mallorca, at Arzak in San Sebastian, and other establishments in Madrid and Murcia before launching La Cabaña (now Cabaña Buenavista) in 2004. He has also advised at La Finca restaurant in La Bobadilla, Royal Hideaway Hotel, contributing to its first Michelin star in Granada, and oversees Finca Buenavista and Terraza Buenavista.
