i. Biography
Born in Murcia with an innate for gastronomy, he trained at top European culinary schools and worked under mentors like Javier Morales at Flanigan in Palma de Mallorca, at Arzak in San Sebastian, and other establishments in Madrid and Murcia before launching La Cabaña (now Cabaña Buenavista) in 2004. He has also advised at La Finca restaurant in La Bobadilla, Royal Hideaway Hotel.
