Patrick L. Houghton is a Denver wine professional who served as wine director at Mercantile Dining & Provision and also managed the wine list at Fruition, where he helped build an but accessible beverage program. He was an Advanced CMS sommelier and was profiled as wine director at Mercantile; later reporting states he left Mercantile in August 2020 and was working for a wine distributor by early 2021.
