Patrick Leyble Jr. is a co-founder and partner associated with Southbank Café + Lounge, a Melbourne-inspired hospitality group established in Alabang, Metro Manila in 2019 and later expanded to Estancia, Pasig and BGC, Taguig. He is also linked to Problem Child in Makati, which opened in late 2025 and was launched with Wendy Esteban and Kevin Corales.
