    i. Biography

    Paul Aguilar Voza is Himkok's research and development manager. Franco-Mexican by background, he lived in Mexico City, Chicago and Montreal, studied marketing and finance at HEC Montréal, and worked with a Michelin-starred chef before joining Himkok's preparation operation. He now leads flavour and menu research across the Oslo bar and distillery, including the annual concept menus and the Nordic Sessions programme introduced in 2026.
