Carlo Splendorini is a San Francisco-based mixologist and partner at Bar Sprezzatura in the Financial District, where the cocktail program is presented as his concept. Prior to Bar Sprezzatura, he worked as Lead Bartender for the Michelin-starred Michael Mina San Francisco, where he helped drive a continually evolving cocktail program.. He is a longtime Mina Group bar professional and as the person who 'runs the show' at Bar Sprezzatura.
